Should I replace my VS 650

So I'm doing a new build, first in a while, and I'm speccing up parts and deciding what goes and what I can keep. So far everything but the cooler, SSDs and (I thought) PSU was going to stay. However I've read that the VS 650 is a bit crap, so i don't know if I should risk it. I'd rather not pull money away from other parts of the build and the PSU is probably the least sexy part but at the end of the day I wouldn't be happy to risk the machine.

Should I start fresh with a new PSU (if so, what one and <£100) or get one further down the line?

Which parts are you thinking of for your new build, just so we can get an idea of the sort of PSU you will need.

Of course, sorry. Ryzen 5 3600 which I hope to replace in future with a higher end 4700x or whatever, tomahawk max, 16gb ram, dark rock pro 3. Graphics card, I only have a 780 just now, maybe getting a deal on a 1080 next month but ultimately I will upgrade to something that can power a 3440 x 1440 @ 144hz.

It's an incremental build with good upgrade paths so I need a PSU I can rely on for at least 5+ years.
