should i sell my 360?

hi

with most of the same games now being released on both the the ps3 and 360 ,im finding im not using my xbox 360 at all ,its sitting there gathering dust.

if i play a game im always using my ps3 , is it worth me selling my 360 elite or are there still good exclusive titles heading its way?

*edit* if i sold it in a highstreet shop what sort of price would i be looking at for a 360 elite?

2nd hand 360's are really not worth much at all as the new 360s are so cheap tbh. Also as yours is Elite I assume it is well within 3 yrs for RRoD etc. In the highstreet you would get about £130 ish pounds for an Elite.

I was in a similar position to you a few months back. I had an ageing original 20Gb so in the end traded it (plus some games) for a new 60GB (new 3 yr warranty). Prior to that it sat in a box for 6ish months, didn't do it any real harm :)

For me the 360 just sits gathering dust to be honest, but have kept it for exclusive games. When I traded it for a 60GB one Fable 2 and GOW2 came out so it was worth holding onto for those 2 titles.

If no decent exclusives come out this year I may well just get rid of it, but it is too early in the year to tell!! Last year was a very poor year for 360 exclusive games, I hope this year is better.

keep your 360 for the fact it has gears of war 1/2 which are awesome, halo 3 which is awesome, halo: wars and halo: ODST due out next year which will be awesome, only problems with my 360 TBH is the fact it sounds like a leafblower when there is a disk in the drive! :eek:
 
Leafblower?? :O U need the NXE !! :p install games to the HD, much better lol :) Halo wars is an RTS though, not sure if i fancy that on a 360 whats this ODST ?

I agree with this.

My 360 is back in its box, not been played for almost a year I'd estimate now, or not far off of that - only game that currently interests me is GoW2, but I've got so many PS3 games recently, I can't see me rushing out to get it.

I sold my old 20Gig HD one (Station was £85) and got a Wii, and I cant get my kids off it. My 3 year old son is better at Mario Kart than my wife. lol

So if you sold it your looking at I would say £90 - £100. in store trade in, cash about £20 less.
 
you may as well just keep it.

i had one and sold it as i did not play it often. then bout 8 months later i got another.

only plus side with this is my machines keep rrod within a year so i keep getting brand new replacements with brand new warrantys. :D
