should i sell my custom water cooling ??

Im only water cooling my cpu and I don't see a reason for that to change.

if so what should i switch to ?

well it depends if you need the amount of water cooling you have or if you will really be happy going to the likes of an AIO.

Would be nice to know what components you have in your loop this was someone may be able to tell you a similar AIO or tell you if you are better of keeping what you have.

360 black ice stealth gt radiator + 6 Noctua fans (push pull)
EK Supreme CPU Water Block
(ek or phobya) 400 Water Pump
phobya balancer 250
1/4 compression fittings

Watercooling parts don't hold their value well. I'd say keep them.

I would keep the parts personally i feel you may regret downgrading as it will be worse off in temps and sound.
