Keep it, the console is starting to get into its stride.

This is about the best time to have one, MGS4, GT5 Prologue, Killzone 2 all coming at various stages and Final Fantasy 13 whenever it appears next year.

Are any of those even out here before March? Not really that great when none have confirmed release dates.

Probably not, but just to be pedantic, the fact they are not out here, is not entirely relevant when the console is region free. (I am assuming your implication was that they may be out in Japan etc 1st).

If I had to guess, I would say GT5 Prologue 1st, then MGS4, then FF13 and who knows about the mythical KillZone2? (I am talking about the release order in Japan)

Surely the answer to this is easy. Have a look at whats coming, and make your decision from there.

Whats the point in selling your console if your planning on buying another one a while down the line, might as well just keep a hold of it.

Upcoming titles that I want(this year and next):
-The Getaway
-Gran Turismo 5
-Metal Gear Solid
-Killzone 2
-Time Crysis
-Driver 5
-Soldier of fortune
-Ferrari Challenge
-Haze
-Tekken 6

Plenty there for me, if anything, IMO, theres more titles coming to the PS3 next year that I want than the 360.

But Microsoft didn't mention any games coming next year, instead focusing on titles released this year. Bar Alan Wake they've all met the deadlines too.

You'd know of more 360 games coming out should Microsoft have mentioned them at e3.

True, im not saying there wont be any I want, of course there will be, but ive listed 10 titles i definately want, not including obvious ones like GTA, so if theres another 12 decent titles for the 360 too, its going to be an expensive year again

Its scary enough with good games just coming for the 360, in a week I bought COD4, Assassins Creed and Ace Combat. God knows what will happen to my poor bank balance when the PS3 games start to drop out as well.

Wasnt both Halo 3 and Mass effect released over a year late than first announced. I remember Microsoft wanting halo 3 to be out to coincide with the PS3 original launch window, and ME was delayed several times, and was also supposed to be out last year. Like the PS3, the 360 in its infancy had games that was delayed as is it seems to be the norm with new consoles. As for next years games, who knows what both Sony and Microsoft have up there sleeves, both havent shown all there cards as yet im pretty sure of that. Its the first 6 months of 08 that seem to me to be a bit short on exclusive 360 games, Fable 2 wont be out till autumn, Alan Wake who knows whats going on with that game, Lost Odyssey according to 1up has got issues even though its close to a Japan release, think only NGS2 will see a release before the summer. Wouldnt it made sense for Microsoft to show more of the Q1 08 games sometime this year, prob at TGS, just to show what games 360 owners can look forward to in the spring?

for me, i'd guess at... to make money from a console that gathers dust.

but they will all work next year on a cheaper PS3, that's of course if they all make it and are any good?

i'd also say that Mercenaries 2 & GTA would be my choice before any of those that your wanting.

is Soldier of fortune out this friday on 360?
