Hi,

My current system specs are:

Pentium D 805 @ 3.6GHz
7600GT @625/1.6GHz
1GB XMS2 675MHz
P5ND2-SLI

Really want to be ready for games like UT2007 and BIA hells highway. Should i upgrade to a conroe and graphics cards or wait for a bit?
 
I'd wait for the game/s you want to play to come out and then get the best components you can afford. Many times i've upgraded and had sod all to play.
 
do you reckong there will be price cuts on the conroe mobo's at september/october. and when, roughly, will the new breed of cards come out?

Not sure mate. I plan on upgrading around the same time. The new ATI card will be out by then, not sure when the dx10 ones will arrive though.
