Should I stick with my 2080RTX or upgrade to the Inno3D GeForce RTX 3080 iChill X4 10GB GDDR6X?

With all the bad feedback of the 3080 and its ongoing issues.

Should I cancel my £710 order or not?

It be better if we knew what games you play and at what resolution
and what FPS are you getting now ?

For all we know you may only have a 1080p monitor and play low demanding games

I run an new Alienware Aurora R11 thats at 4.6ghz, 32GB Fury RAM and has currently a 2080 Super RTX in. We are a pro-gaming clan that play in King Of The Seas for World Of Warships. I also dabble in other games but Boats in my main. My screen is a
Alienware AW3420DW 34 inch WQHD (3440x1440) 1900R Curved Gaming Monitor - 21:9, IPS, 2ms, 120Hz, 98% DCI-P3 with NVIDIA G-Sync & AlienFX Lighting.

I'd cancel the order because that cards RRP is £650 anyway. Personally I'd cancel the order then wait 1-2 months to see how the capacitor situation develops. By then more stock will be available and you will be able to get the card for RRP...

I run a acer x34p with a EVGA 2080 Super FTW3 Ultra and it's been good so far with any game I play.
