Should I upgrade anything?

System as sig phenom 55 with 4 cores unlocked 3.6 ghz nvidia 570 at 900 core 4 gb ddr2 ASus matx mobo 500 gb western digi Sat hd?
I game mostly ie demanding games like arma2 bf3 etc etc

Or you could add a SSD.

I have noticed it take ages to start up now hard drive light is on for ages

An SSD for your operating system and games would be a nice noticeable upgrade. Cpu and Gfx seem good, I assume you have at least 4GB ram? While DDR3 prices are so cheap you might also want to look at 8GB.
