should i upgrade motherboard

i was wondering wether to upgrade motherboard i have biostar gf7025 m2 te to help with performace of my pc and weather it would be worth it and specs are amd2 5200+ 9800gt 4 gig ddr2 any help or advice would be great thks

You wont see any performance increase with upgrading the motherboard alone. You'd have to do some overclocking which is really not worth £80 with the processor you have. For about £100 you could get a p35 motherboard and second hand e6600. You'd see a big difference that way.

yeah deffo get a new mobo in that case, 4gigs of ddr2 ram is great, cpu and graphics card is not bad at all, a solid motherboard will let you upgrade the cpu and graphics later on down the line, how about something like this mate...
