Should I upgrade my Motherboard?

Not worth it at all unless you wanted to SLI your 760s (not worth it for that either anyway). D3HP is quite a nice motherboard and it's definitely not worth shelling out more money for a new one. You'll only get marginally higher clocks (excluding if you CPU hits the roof!) so no don't get a new one :) There'll be little/no performance benefit
 
You would just be wasting money. The cpu is the limiter with overclocking Haswell not the motherboard. I can clock my 4670k just as well in my wifes Gigabyte B85M-D3H (cost me around £40) as I can in my Hero VI.
