Should i upgrade now or wait a while?

I currently have a C2D at 3.1ghz and a GTX 260 sp216, im thinking of spending up to about £400 to replace mobo, cpu, ram and gpu, would i save or get anything better by waiting until around march next year?

Don't know whether this changes anything but it seems you can get a 6870 with both dues ex and battlefield 3 for about £135?

I got a cooler master hyper 212+, that will work won't it?

My budget won't change much so unless something is guaranteed to come out thats better i don't know whether it's worth waiting or not, i can go as far as april but it means i won't be playing any of the latest games until then, i can wait but it has to be worthwhile, would prefer better hardware over savings.
