Should I Upgrade

I am in a little bit of a dilemma. I dunno whether to upgrade all my rig for a Conroe E6600, new mobo, RAM etc......
Or do I save a few pennies and go for an AM2 board, new CPU, new DDR2 RAM,
or do I keep what I have got as I may not see a massive improvement......
I mainly use my PC for gaming so more FPS would be nice.
I dunno what to do

Just save your pennies full stop, nothing wrong with that system you've got at the moment.

Hmmm I thought so, its only I wanted to see what all the hype was regarding dual core CPU's and DDR2 ram.
I suppose I am just curious if the grass is actually greener on the other side.

It definately does seem greener on the other side but your not going to see much of a performance boost in real terms and it's not worth the outlay imo.

Save your pennies for vista and dx10

and make the change to the best bang for buck system at that time.That's what i'm going to do.
