Should I upgrade?

I'm currently using 32bit Vista Business edition which I got through the MSDN:AA but they have recently made the 64bit version available.

My question is should I bother to upgrade to 64bit and remove my XP partition? I'm very happy with my current setup at the moment but I always want to try the latest and greatest things lol. Main thing that's putting me off is the driver signing business, I only use 'mainstream' programs, nothing old and everything I have works fine on 32 bit (apart from my linksys wireless adapter which I had to download a fix for). The only thing in the last 3/4 months in which I've found doesn't work on vista is a VPN which the uni has setup to access the campus network from outside, this is the only reason I am keeping XP (I currently have it on another partition) but i'm sure I can live without it. Other than that I haven't used XP for months.

I do play games quite a lot so this is the main reason for trying 64 bit as I have an amd64 4000+ (single core :( ). I also have a 7800gtx which is still using the original drivers that installed when I installed vista first time round. I have only had issues with test drive unlimited -it plays very choppy on low settings, not sure if this is down to vista/drivers though, could just be my hardware. All other games play fine - oblivion, company of heroes, trackmania united madden 07 and a few others, all on high settings with no noticeable difference from on XP.

So what do you think, should I take the plunge? Thanks for any advice

Well i'm pretty certain I can get all the 64bit drivers. What kind of performance increase can i expect to see both in games and in windows? Also, can anyone confirm that the latest nvidea drivers (158.18 i think) are stable/any good? Ta
