Should I use a Thermal Grizzly Contact Frame?

I have just watched the Thermal Grizzly video and found that Overclockers sell them.

I am looking at a new build with Intel Core i9 13900K processor, ASUS Intel Z790 ProArt Creator motherboard and Noctua NH-D12L Dual Tower cooler. My overclocking is just limited to using the ASUS UEFI inbuilt overclocking config for an air cooler. This has worked flawlessly on my previous build so plan to go the same route. I wondered if using a Thermal Grizzly Contact Frame would be of benefit, the video makes it look fairly easy to install so would this improve contact with the Noctua cooler? Don't plan to do any lapping, that is a step too far for me.

Many thanks for the cheaper recommendation. I assume using any one of these would invalidate the motherboard warranty, do you recommend setting up with standard CPU spring clamp first to test the motherboard works, then disamble clean off the thermal paste and switch to the alternative?
