Should l be worried about whiteish blotches on bottom edge of monitor?

l have an LG 4K monitor. It has developed a faint white blotch near the bottom right hand edge of the screen. Right now it is not noticeable if not looking for it. However, l fear it may get worse. Should l be concerned?

I had this issue years ago with an old HP monitor. The white blotches became pronounced and very noticeable.

Was it actually the monitor if occuring again ?

Did you change the cables between monitors or different ports on the GPU or is it a different pc ?

Tried different inputs,etc.

Same PC. Will try different cables and inputs.
