Should this be a MOT failure.

09 RAV4 MOT 400 miles ago, Not a single advisory for 2 years. Was fixing the wheel well liner so turned the wheel full lock and noticed this on the Stabiliser link for anti rollbar? It's like this both sides. Now it's not an expensive part but to me this doesnt look right and should have been at least an advisory but thought I would ask the experts on here in case I'm a numpty and this is perfectly fine.

Thanks will get them changed out as they are cheap parts and will not be taking it for an MOT again at that garage. Going to give it a once over next weekend make sure nothing else shady has been missed.
