Should two processors show up in CPU-Z?

I have an IBM A-pro 6217 and when I run CPU-z on it, it only shows one processor (I mean, where it says processor 1 at the bottom of the tab, it is greyed out and it is not possible to choose processor 2)
When I check system properties in windows, and in the bios, there appear 2 processors. Does the fact that only one processor shows up in cpu-z mean that only one of the processors is working?

Regards
Dave.

If you only have 1 physical processor installed that's all that should show in CPU-Z.

AFAIK the AMD opteron 254 is a single core processor so I am unsure why 2 would appear anywhere else. Is it a Dual socket motherboard?

Edit - Checked the model spec online and it comes with 2 CPUs in, using an up to date version of CPU-Z?
