Let's say your hard drive blows up...
So a few days later you restore your backup from a week ago to a new drive. If that backup included the DropBox folder it could well be out of date as you might have updated files the day your drive blew up? Will DropBox sync it up from the more upto date copy online? Or will your out of date restore update the online version (incorrectly)?
In short should you include or exclude the dropbox folder from any backups?
