Hi peeps,
Before I begin, let me just start by saying, yes, I am going to see my GP, just wanting to see if anyone has experienced the same.
So nearly 2 years ago I had surgery on my shoulder to stop is dislocating and after 6 months of rehabilition to get it good I was playing sports again. Soooo, cut to recently when I thought I'd try squash again.... The cause of my first dislocation.
The shoulder had been fine up until today when I went for quite a hard overarm smash-type of shot. Now, the shoulder didn't dislocate, but it damn well felt like it was trying to come out again and the ligaments in my arm are now sore and am getting minor twinges of pain when moved in certain directions (experienced the exact same sort of thing 10 minutes before my first dislocation - but stupidly carried on playing back then).
Has anyone had the same sort of issues after shoulder surgery?
