shouldnt be allowed Adverts like these !

Just a lazy dealer not checking properly before using an incorrect stock picture, see it with all sorts when a car isn't in yet. See it go both ways too, old prefacelift pictures being used on placeholders for facelift cars etc.
 
I think that pictures of anything other than the car for sale should be banned tbh. I'm sick of flicking through adverts where every other picture is a powerpoint presentation of the garbage finance that a used dealer can offer.

That advert linked in the OP is the epitome of terrible, I'd never entertain visiting that dealer as they clearly care more about their "services" than they do their stock.
 
I went to view a Civic Type-R, drove an hour and a half to Lincoln to view it, and within seconds I could see this was not the car from the pictures - it turned out the pictures were from the advert for the last time the car was sold - 3 years (and 70,000 miles) ago!

i can kind of live with the picture thing, what really gets my wick is when your looking for a vehicle and every other advert is 99 pounds or 149 pounds etc and its how much you pay per week for it , so annoying i just want a price ........also what with this extra fee im starting to see for admin charges , do they really want to sell the vehicle???

maybe im getting too old for this...
 
I am going to assume it is just a placeholder until they have taken some proper pictures of it but still, why include an image at all?
