I'm venturing into the world of braiding my own cables. I'd love to see the combinations and variations you guys have came up for inspiration. As well as styles and patterns.

I went for an early 90's German retro theme... really proud with how it turned out! Deliberately haphazard and a bit random, indicative of the German political system at the time following the recent fall of the Berlin Wall.

Personally would just pay to get it done. Its a PITA and not worth the hassle.

Must have took hours and cost a fortune!

I'd probably prefer to get them custom done samsung, its just a total pain to find anyone to do them. Plus I'll be nice to get a hands on feel of the colours to mix and match right there and then.

From a build prior to the spec in sig. Cables were custom made for me using teleios sleeving. Red, white and black to match the asus Maximus 6 formula board i had.

I used Pexon Pcs. Pretty sure Ocuk have used them before for some of the custom builds they do. You have them made exactly to your spec.

Custom made using 550lb paracord. I'm a cheapskate so I flat out refuse to pay someone else to do something that I'm perfectly capable of doing. It took a few days and ruined my finger tips but was worth it.

Looks good Kei, gonna use paracord myself not due to price but better colour range. Also you don't need heatshrink.

Need to find some tools I've used the e22 tools but they are expensive but you get what you pay for I guess.
