Aye, can easily pull in 1st or 6th at 20-30 mph whenever you like. The torque they make at idle is almost the same as a 1 litre bike at peak

Slight exaggeration, the old GSX-R1000 K5 makes 108 Nm at peak torque. That is actually a higher specific torque output than the Busa of the same year.

Finally gave it a clean after fitting a seat cowl, new exhaust and iridium cool blue screen.

Just bought my first bike, having passed my restricted A2 back in 2011.

Unfortunately I have noticed some smoke/steam coming out of the exhaust. I went on the bike for about 15 minutes and it remained, so thinking it can't be steam. Bike rides fine though, idles well, pulls smoothly. Just need to try and get rid of this pesky smoke.

Congrats,and steam/vapour is normal for this time of year so I wouldn't worry,take it on a long half hour plus ride so it can get warmed up

Had her for a few weeks but I've put off putting up a pic until I had the fuel probs sorted. The only thing that's left to change is the screen. I have a black one coming.
