Sold the SV650 a few weeks back and replaced it with this.

I've fitted a tail tidy and slightly smaller plate and have got an M4 exhaust on the way. Think that's all I'll do with this one, it doesn't really need anything, I like it just how it is.

Some old pics, i bought her last summer second hand. Added a set of Termi slip ons and some CF since though. She replaced a 30 year old Moto Guzzi LeMans MKII that i had since new (got offered silly money, so couldn't really refuse lol).

That looks fantastic mate. Well it will do when you fit the new can. that has to be the strangest standard exhaust ive ever seen. Love it in white though.

Thanks :)

I originally wanted it in green but I kinda like the white, it's a bit more understated. Not sure if understated will be a word I can still use once the M4 goes on :D

Should look like this once it's fitted.

That looks cool!

Had this for a couple of months now and definately enjoying the noise and pull of the twin :)

Just need to sort out that downpipe :o

God, I've not been out on the RSV in months. Just not had the time with work and our 6 month old son. The bike has been sat there doing nothing. Complete waste!!!. :(

I used to read adverts for bikes which had "Baby forces sale" in 'em and thought to myself "What a croc of the proverbial".

But now I can sort of see why folk put that down in an ad.

The downpipe can be cleaned up with minimal effort using a product from Hein Gericke called Optiglanz. There is a thread or two on the sv650.org forum that shows some impressive results.

You need to get some fairing lowers, they look great on the black bikes. Also consider some suspension upgrades once you get used to the bike; it's like riding a whole new bike again and makes a serious improvement.
