Hi guys.
Thought it is time to show everyone what your dinner looked like!
For the first time ever at Xmas we sat on the sofa and ate (the reason is because I'm moving house in 2 days and our house is upside down)
Anyway here is my starter.
Chicken strips left soaking is fresh lemon juice over night on a bed of lettuce and crutons and parasan cheese shaving sprinkled on top with a dash of ceasar salad dressing.
Main course was the usual turkey roast, roast beef, pigs in blankets, carrots, broccohi, roast spuds, roast onion, asparagus, roasted carrots, stuffing, 2 home made yorkies, mint sauce and apple sauce (I had a large portion)
