Drove up from Basingstoke to Stockport in the LCR. Averaged 38-39 mpg on the way up!

Didn't get a picture though

Just done 360miles, 1 tank, its into 0 range now (about -10miles). 45 litre tank.

Trip says 36.4mpg

360miles / 9.89 gallons = 36.4mpg... so bang on? I reckon I got another litre in the tank though.

It shows the fuel in Gallons and when it reaches 3 Gallons it quite literally tells you to Refuel, a Womans Voice comes out the drivers side front speaker and says "Please Refuel"

Actually heres a video of all the warnings, not actually mine but it's exactly the same. She doesn't say all this everytime you start up, just when somethings wrong, theres a 'Check' button on the right stalk you can press to run through them all.

Learning to drive in a 1.4 Golf and I managed to average 46.8 on my last run. Pretty happy with that.

27.7mpg from my last tank, Xsara VTS s/c.

That was mostly longer trips to Cheshire Oaks and back and Manchester City centre and back.

Short gears don't help on the motorway, 5th gear at nearly 4000rpm doing 80ish.

Currently running ~16mpg in the GTO Would be less but i've done a few work runs in it.
and 40mpg in the Golf 2.0tdi - No matter how hard i try it will not go much below that!

I'm loving that Audi's dash, i never knew they had electro dash's! thought they were limited to the likes of the Astra GTE's of that era.
