My other half wants one of these dogs, can yout ell me about them? How are they with other dogs? Are they easily trained? Eat much? Fitness fanatics? How much are they? Etc etc etc, thanks :)

There great dogs! They don't take a great deal of walking as they have a small nose iirc pugs nostrils are about the width of a straw so they can get out of breath quite easily especially in extremely hot weather. They get on great with other dogs, my sister has a Bernese Mountain Dog x Airedale Terrier and there great together. They sleep quite a bit so they make terrific lap dogs and there extremely loyal my two follow me about like second shadow. Puppy training is quite easy with them and there just full of fun from morning till night.

If you do get a Pug one thing you must do pretty much every day is clean in between the folds of their nose with some damp cotton wool pads and put some vasiline in their as it can get very itchy and uncomfortable for them if it's left over time.

For some reason pugs just make me laugh :D

They're just brillant dogs they make you laugh and smile no matter what mood your in!

Thanks mate, really looking into getting one.

How much do puppies usually cost?

I always laugh when I see a big dog like that on an extenable lead. I'll let you off though becasue he has the halter neck on. Great for lead training. I can walk mine without restraint more often that not thanks to using a halter when they were younger but they are too excitable so I put them on just in case.

No worrie! It depends on the pedigree and if the puppies can be Kennel Club Registered but generally a KC Registered Pedigree Pug would start dogs £900+ and bitches £1100+

I forgot to answer your question about food, when they were puppies I think we gave them three meals per day of kibble then after a while this went to just breakfast and dinner. Diet wise just we use small dog dry kibble with maybe a treat of some turkey or chicken put through it every once and a while.
