Either get the vet to do it for you (which is what I did for my 2 the other week but I was there with them getting their injections so it was just easier) or wait until the cat is asleep and then pill them.
They will still be half asleep and not know whats hit them. This is what I have resorted to on occasions. Also keep a hold of their scruff, they are less likely to act out. Good luck!
apparently the owner of our cattery has quite a few people ask her to do it - guess it gets easier with practice
