Clashes with his seats tho
Audi accomplished what they set out to do, the daily Supercar.
9000 miles driven now in around two years so it gets driven a lot within U.K. also been faultless as well, had to regas AC last week for £75 but it’s given no other issues. I had corrosion sorted last year but that is just 15yr old aluminum car thing.
I rack up more miles in McLaren simply as we drive to Europe in it and right now were in the South starting our holiday, shall be heading to Folkestone Saturday and catching the train to France Sunday and then driving to Black Forest.
Wedding was epic and we’re now in Hythe enjoying glorious sunshine and beach. Could not of timed trip better weather wise:

I must agree. That colour is just absolutely spot on, and the wheels complement the car so well. Definitely one of the best looking cars in OCUK Motors tbh.

All track days, no point doing public days as the risk profile is just too high. Next one next weekend, but not sure I will be there at the moment and certainly wont be taking a car around if I do go down.

I did consider going back to Petrol and looked at older vehicles but I decided to stick to what I knew. My previous covered over 100k for work purposes and did me well, this will be used for the general commute now so should hopefully last me a long time.
Not as exotic as what we usually find in motors but these Tesla’s are generally good daily vehicles.

I don't get the EV hate honestly, in fact I think they are so awesome that they should have their own thread where the owners can post without posting in here!
EVs aren’t bad vehicles for an all round vehicle imo. They’re typically cheap to maintain, run, and depending on what you buy, actually quite reliable.
I’m at the point in my life where I want a vehicle similar to an apple iphone. It just works and I don’t care for more than that.
Whilst I could buy something more exotic or “car guy”, I just prefer the drive of an EV for 99% of the driving I do.
It’s a drastic change going from a performance to a long range model, totally different drive, but again it serves the purpose.
It’s also cheap to run, and with the way our orange orangutan is going, I’m hoping I’m not filling up in the future at £3/L.
