I'm not convinced...
What that its not quicker than a 350Z RX8 or a TT Have a look at some specs.

The only thing that annoys me about your car Sam, is that Vauxhall didn't have the sense to put some kind of cover over the engine to protect it from rain!
Illegal for road use!

RX8 is ugly. 350Z / TT are OK but i would get bored too quickly
I know but its still a Vauxhall. I've not come across anyone yet who hasn't experienced some electical problems within the first year of ownership. And the build quality is very poor, all cheap plastic interior etc.
I've never owned a Vauxhall but know many people who have and I've yet to hear a good recommendation. I guess you are the first
Still a Vauxhall blah blah.
A friends has owned one of the first 2.2 VX220 since new and never had an electrical problem. Build quaily, who cares, its supposed to be a road going track car not a 7 Series BMW!
Vauxhall produce light weight RWD car and use a cheap plastic interior. Well that's a shocker lol.
I know loads of people who own Vauxhalls and while there are better cars around there are a lot worse too.
People need to dismount their high horses and get over it. The VX220 is a great car that does whats its designed to do. I'd have one now if I had the spare cash.
I guess if you couldn't afford anything better it would have to do

I think it's the number on the side. I think you need to have a line through it to use it on UK roads

It has windup windows, no air conditioning and no carpets. Do you honestly think he cares about the texture of the plastics? Seriously?
If it's a lotus elise in disguise why bother getting the vauxhall in the first place? If it's a track car you want why mess about with Vauxhalls when you could get a tidy Elise or Exige for the same money.
[TW]Fox;12657742 said:You are awesome. You buy a VX220 becuase you get an engine choice you don't get with the Elise - the Elise is not available with a 200bhp 2.0 Turbo - the VX220 is a faster car than an Elise of the same value.
What car do you drive?
