I remember seeing that plate on a Red Fiesta ST in Southampton ages ago ....
 
Last time i went to southampton was when i was 17 and didnt drive at the time. Also its the first time i have used that spacing on my private plate.

You probably just remember my old ST signature that i used on here as that had my private plate on.

It does look good with silver wheels, but the grey ones come with the style pack (the car was in stock) and I fancied a change from the silver ones on my old car (parked behind it in the last pic).

Until this week I was very much a 'Estoril Blue or nothing' but then i saw a 4 series in this white with black grills, and it looked incredible. So will be changing mine to black grilles, but even without I think it's stunning :D
 
That 340i makes me sad, its got a great engine and some good spec, but because its white it just looks... Well, like a base spec lease car, or a company car for the people who don't get the 5 series'. :p
 
I really don't get the hatred for white. It wouldn't be my first choice of colour but it looks pretty smart on most cars.
 
I just find it odd. My first car was white, and it was white because it was poverty spec, and white was free.

Now it's somehow seen as cool, but I'll always see it as a bit... cheap. I don't think it looks that great on most cars at all, obviously there are exceptions.
