Not too sure on the stripe but the 500 is a cool car! My fiance has one, think she loves it more than me...

I my opinion they look best plain but with the front wing Italian badges, or the Italian stripe just on the roof.

Fun to drive too! I have to admit though I got chatted up by a male parking warden when parked once.....

- I guess that depends if you liked the original. IMO it's is well shaped, true to the original (as much as it can be) and funky looking.

This is my 1989 Sierra XR4x4. Ive done a bit of work to the old girl to improve performance although theres still quite a bit i want to do. im currently waiting for a pair of new engine mounts to arive from the US as the old ones failed during a hard launch on a 0-60 run.

First 2 pictures are from York raceway where i managed my Best time of 14.9 1/4 mile and 6.4 to 60mph. Not bad for a Diesel hatch..

Yep, it is a 3rd gear job iirc. Its been remapped to 177bhp and 315ftlbs. But since ive added a Green cotton panel filter so im guessing around 180bhp now since the map has "bedded" in..

i'm going to get off my arse and test drive a Abarth esseesse one day

when i went to the dealer a few weeks ago they were all in italy for some press jobby
i was surprised at how small they are. they're really really small
great for town and not much else
