Picked up this today:
2017 Skoda Superb Laurin & Klement 2.0 TDi 150 DSG.
ACC, active lane assist, dynamic high beam assist, canton 12 speaker stereo, dynamic chassis control, full leather, tri zone climate, 4x heated seats, LED dash/door strip and footwell lights, rectractable electric towbar and enough room in the boot for several bodies.
The 2hr 20min drive back felt like 20 minutes, adaptive cruise control with full active lane assist which does 90% of the steering for you, along with comfort setting on the suspension and some tunes playing over the canton stereo make torrential rain and solid heavy traffic for 100 miles along the M1 and M25 a breeze.
It's going to be the perfect car for MTB trips come the spring and summer; Wales, Peak district, Lake district, Scotland etc.
55mpg over the trip back too. I tried out the high beam assist tonight and it's awesome, it's similar to the matrix headlights but with shutters and magic stuff in the headlights that blank out parts to not dazzle oncoming cars or cars you're following. In the space of 30 miles and probably 50 cars only once did I have to manually dip the high beam.
