The Style 172 is the only E6X wheel that I quite like.
Oh yes, in a nice flash chrome or anthracite black, something with that little glisten on a dark finish really sets those off. Did the M5 come with those as an option? I thought they either came with Gibbos standard 166 or my upgraded M167, it's been a long time, can't really remember.

I don't think they were a standard option on an M5, theyre an M-Sport wheel. I'm guessing M5 width/offset differs to the normal 5?

Took a weekend away, went Go-Karting with Aston Martin club in Wales, then stayed in the Tynycornel hotel by the lake, highly recommend the accommodation and food:

Then had a day at the beach in Harlech the next day and then travelled home, some snaps taken along the way. :)

Wales is just ******* great, isn't it? I extended a work visit to Sandbach a few years ago, detoured to stay the night not far from the Evo Triangle, then drove down through Wales on my way home to Kent.

What an astonishing day of driving. I need to find an excuse to go back.

Yep lucky it is pretty much on our doorstep hence frequently visiting, Harlech is our favourite place, great castle, beach and little village. Barafundle is absolutely stunning but very remote a much further drive, we love Harlech beach as it is so big, so easy to find a spot and there be no other people nearby, plus the sea is typically clear and warm also. Just above Harlech is a beach you can also park on, we keep meaning to visit and shall do at somepoint, just did not fancy parking Ferrari on the beach.

Great place. My in laws had a place in Porthmadog right on the beach and we always loved heading over there.

That hotel looks great. I could take my Paddleboard and get a decent session in whilst the wife watched from the bar :D

Yeah hotel was a great find, extremely remote but good parking and very picture perfect, food was fabulous too. GYC Gokarting place was awesome, best UK outdoor circuit I've been on yet, very smooth and flowing, able to get upto pretty good speed, Karts supposedly do upto 60mph, not so sure about that, maybe more like 45ish still felt rapid though and was great fun, was funny taking a Ferrari to an Aston meet and the noise driving along with around 30 Aston Martins with a mix of V8's and V12's was a proper soundtrack, plus we had a GT8 along for good measure and that sounded incredible. :)

Some photos from Karting meet up with AML Performance Specialist:

Well I am good mates with owner of AML performance, went school together as he was of the mind be good to see something different and well brighter, it went down well with the other owners simply as its different and yes it certainly stands out being bright yellow amongst a sea of silver, grey and black cars, plus as it was a couple days of driving the Ferrari is the better all rounder for doing a longer trip in, mainly because its an automatic.

Gibbo can keep all his fancy shmancy cars.

Here's a freshly painted Jap car. It makes me happy.
