Show Us Your Motors!

How is a turbo charged petrol engine a company car variant when that are perfectly good diesel models that are the obvious choice for a tax conscious companies... im sorry but your just wrong!

It has CO2 emissions of just 152g/km and avoids the 3% BIK surcharge for diesel cars.

The 5 series thing is obviously something your quite sensative about i only had to look through your recent posts to see a trend... go figure.

Career tip: Don't become a trend analyst.

Perhaps we could continue this conversation as a OCUK meet when keyboard antics dont play a part. I wont be replying to this any further as quite frankly ive got better things to do with my time.

I can look over previous posts as well - you've not posted here for over a year except for one post last month to **** off people in a thread and this one to show off your brand new Audi. I don't normally take this line on people in the Show us your Motors thread but the way you went into my 'post history' following a one line comment intruiged me.

I frequent the forum regularly i just dont post, and from my visits ive already got the measure of you on a number of occasions. I fail to see who ive slagged off on this forum except standing up for someone who was having a similar barrage Im getting right now directed at them. So dont come that as its wrongly founded. Fox i suggest we end this conversation as it isnt constructive and is getting the thread of topic. If you feel it nessasary to continue please PM me welcomly.

lol dont play that game !!

if you think fox is the sort thats all mouthy on the internet and a coward off, DONT.

he's just as much of a mouthy git in real life too ;) Thats why a great deal many of us have respect for him. Yes he's outspoken, oppinionated and occasionally mouthy, but he's exactly the same at meets in real life as he is on the internet. He's no keyboard warrior and just says it how he sees it.

teg to e46... thoughts? I still want a Teg so much, maybe in a new post code :(

The Teg will always have a special place in my heart, but I couldn't live with one every day, too low geared.

The handling and feedback you get from it will blow you away, you have never felt how good fwd can feel until you have driven one in anger.

Having one as a second car is good, though ours is only an Si with no LSD.

Well you used to have an Audi A3 2.0TFSI, which was a performance variant of the A3.

Now you have an Audi A3 1.8TFSI, which is a budget variant of the A3 designed to appeal to company car users who want the show but can't afford the go.
The 1.8TFSI is hardly a budget variant of the A3 now is it?
It's still got 160bhp. Budget versions would be non-turbo 1.8s and 1.6s.

Why must everybody get the most powerful variant?
Backwards into a tree.

Don't try this at home, kids ;).
More information needed.
