Replaced my Polo GTI with this. Wanted the extra space because of baby :o

I love seeing a Cupra 300 Estate! Clocked one today funnily enough.

Not all that common compared to the hatchback version.

Enjoy.

Probably want to post it in the encounters thread, rather than here if it's not yours:

Quite nice the way a newly powerwashed monoblock drive makes your washed and polished car look on a summers day :D

16 years old and she still scrubs up decent.

Even though mine was a bit of a dog in terms of all the issues it had......I'd love another one, but this time a 3.0si, and not with stupid 19in wheels like mine came with which I was too cheap to replace.

Mine is a 2.5 LCI so minus the 'Sport' button the pre-facelift 2.5 had. But that said, the gearbox on the LCI is a 6 speed and the ratios are spaced differently to the pre-facelift's 5 speed box which makes it feel just as pokey even though it has less power at 177bhp. I've got 19" MV2 alloys and M-Sport suspension so the ride isn't exactly what I'd call plush but it handles like a go-kart.

Value wise, E85's are all very good investments right now, good examples that is. Not so much the 2.0 or 2.2's but the 2.5's and 3.0L's certainly are decent investments. I love mine, I keep looking at 3.0 Si's and thinking about changing, they are slowly appreciating in value at the moment (as is the 2.5 Si) but I do have a hankering for a Z4M Roadster...........I might just scratch that itch next year :D

Well I've had a pretty insane weekend. Won an Evo 9 with dream car giveaways. Collected at earliest opportunity and didn't even ask the cash alt as I've always wanted one and even if I'd choose something else for the same money it'll be good to tick it off the list for a while first. It's had £8.5k spent on an underside restoration in 2019 so its solid as they come and a lot of choice modifications giving it a very reliable 400bhp :)

Dropped of for a service:
*snip*

Also arranged a test drive in the 296GTB with Ferrari. :)
Looks a brave parking spot that one! Awesome angle though :D

I got contacted about a driving event with the 296GTB recently too; you've reminded me I must get back to them actually!

That is a stunning EVO !

An EVO 9 blew past me on the M6 yesterday. I forgot how badass they were --- congrats! Seems to be a few folks winning cars on here. Must be a lucky bunch!
