We need a chefs kiss reaction emoji for the exotic stuff being posted.

I picked up my Giulia from the detailer's place last week, it was in initially to just polish and re-coat the offside that was repaired from the driver's door to the rear quarter panel (after being T-boned back in Nov). However, after cleaning it recently it was apparent there was tonnes of overspray - even on the near side. Clearly the repairers didn't seal the rest of the car and the paint in the air settled all over the rest of the car.

So the whole thing was compounded/polished to remove the overspray and it was re-coated in Labocosmetica SAM + HC.

He's done an amazing job!

That's gorgeous, I have a real soft spot for Alfa's.

My new G87 M2, full PPF front end and ceramic coat. Marmite car and pictures dont do it justice in my opinion... much better in the flesh.

Still not a fan of the looks overall, but yet to see one up close in person - that is the first I've seen in red though, and that does look good on it (not a fan of the light blue!)

I had the F87 comp previously which was a great car and definitely prettier on the eye. My regret was not getting it in a manual which I now have with this car, plus the new interior/tech on the G87 excited my inner nerd.

its a car that looks better in person. And very colour sensitive. Red, black look good.. that baby blue is awful.

The M2 looks great, they do look better in person. I'm not sold on the M Performance exhaust design though (but you haven't got that).

Interior is a huge step up. I actually like the dual screen setup although I wasn't sure at first. I hear the new iDrive is a bit fiddly though.

Wow  rewind my life 25 years and I don't think my sony trinitron was as wide as that screen!!

Sit in the back of the new 7 Series, the 8k theatre screen is just crazy.

I've found the new idrive seamless so far and I'm using android auto... Having said that all I've done I connect my phone, put the seat warmers on and set up my M buttons :)

I spent 2+ hours at the BMW dealership on the weekend, I was convinced I was going to buy/order the M2 but hadn't seen one in person and I knew it was very marmite.

The dealer had 2, one in red with the Pro pack interior and the light blue with the normal seats.

When I first saw it I thought, that's nice, don't know why people don't like it. Thing is the more time I spent there the more I disliked it. I didn't like the front as it just looks unfinished and I couldn't decide on the back it looked OK from certain heights but not others. It also didn't help that they couldn't open the boot on either car as they had both "died".

So although I loved the interior with the Pro kit I just couldn't live with the looks of it. Like you said colour is sensitive, I didn't like the Red but actually thought the baby blue was OK, think if I had ordered one it would have been in Black.

So I'm now going to go with my other choice which was the Audi RS3 in Kyalami Green :)
