Seat appropriated the fascia moulding from the VAG parts bin for a car based on the same platform. It's a bit of a broad statement to proclaim the Audi as having a Seat interior considering the A3 was out a good couple of years earlier.

On that basis I'm going to claim my Skoda has an A3 interior as it shares the column stalks.

Unfortunately you were so busy frantically getting into your VAG Defence Force uniform you misread what I said.

Here it is again, for clarification:

'looks like a Seat on the inside.'

Which, regardless of the reason, it does :)

I think it's fair to say that Hilux Surf = Discovery, and Land cruiser = Range Rover. In terms of place in the range that is, not a direct comparison (actually in 97 they probably were directly comparable, not now though).
