How come all of a sudden its okay to have a 10+ year old TVR without even a airbag, not mention the whole cossie argument and yet a *classic* Mini is simply not worth it...I am pointing this in the direction of Fox/Jansey. :o

Think about what you've posted there. Does it bring anything constructive/helpful or even useful to the thread? As already mentioned, it's getting tiresome and pointless and starting to irritate now.

Oh, and that interior on the TVR is simply divine, love it!

Love the inside of that TVR! How reliable has it been? how many miles have you done anually?

and please will a mod give Blackhawk47 a holiday, seriously now he has to de rail everything and have little pops at fox or JanseyB when its totally un provoked.

its just like Twoblacklines all over again

Only thing I question about the TVR is the ciggy lighter socket, it's on the driver's door! So when you're charging your phone the wire is trailing half way across the dash?

Everything else = Awesome though :p

The TVR I have owned since 2009 and it hasn't let me down yet. She has been very well maintained but still gets used most weekends. I do about 5k a year in it and most of that is TVRCC or PH meets / events. I have a daily drive for commuting.

Yes that is very annoying as it goes! One of my planned mods this year is to hardwire a charging lead for my phone which I use as a sat nav and have it come out the glove box.

LOL - I personally like it, it is dark blue and cream leather with contrasting stitching.

It is not the worst comment I have had about the colour combo. Another TVR owner sitting in mine did refer to it as "like being inside an NHS hearing aid". As with most things in life each to their own!

They look more cream and less yellow, it was like custard in tone and blue of the forum. And I take it back about my monitor as I am on my netbook just now but (I've always found it a tad washed out, like a drizzly day), but the originial pic still looks overly yellow on here.

Regarding that lovely TVR, Have you had to do any work on the interior? Just wondering as its looks to be in immaculate condition.

A TVR is a completely different animal to a Mini... honestly.. what even are you talking about?

Thanks for the positive comments

The interior is exactly how it left the factory aside from the the original veneer dashboard has been replaced with an alloy version.

It is in immaculate condition considering it is 12 years old now and really is a credit to its previous owners.
