Nice SV :) decided to get a secondhand bike before a new Street Triple, i'm going for an SV650S. Great bikes.

Post pics of your motors here, be it car, bike, whatever.

PLEASE KEEP IMAGES TO 1280 x 1024 MAXIMUM WHEREVER POSSIBLE!
MAXIMUM OF 4 PICS PER POST.
IF YOU HAVE BIG PICTURES , OR LOTS OF IMAGES THEN LINK TO THEM BY ALL MEANS.

If you don't have the ability to re-size pictures then mail them to me and I will gladly do it for you.

But yeah, get over in the bike section :D

Bear in mind that 1400x729 is a smaller image than 1280x1024, and also that the "rule" was introduced in a time where LCDs were 4:3 or 5:4. In today's era of the widescreen, an image of 16:9 or 16:10 proportions makes far more sense.

Sorry i must have confused. I just quoted that because metbandit1 said about getting it in the bike section but the OP states "be it car, bike, whatever". I wasn't referring to the size of the image. I have now edited my post to reflect this.

My Seat Ibiza 1.4S, had for a few months, second ever car, first was a trusty Ford Fiesta W reg.

Insurance was exactly the same as the Fiesta too, 4 years no claims, at 23 I can't go too excessive on engine size but feels lovely compared to what I've been used too! :D

I'd say that's more to do with postcode rather than age - lovely motor all the same. Somewhat different to the Fiesta?

It'll take a bit more than fresh number plates sadly, it's got little dings along both sides, one wing is off colour, one door is creased and there's a dent in the boot. Paint on the roof is shagged out too :(

I occasionally toy with the idea of seeing if I can get a mate to respray it for me after sorting all the dings out, but it's not worth it really. Shame, as the bodywork is all that lets it down. It's pretty tidy and low mileage, and the interior's lovely too.

Make it mint and hold on to it.

Those will be worth a good amount of money again in a few years. Think there's only about 1500 left on the road now, considering there was still 4000 left on the road 5 years ago out of 5500 made originally this shows how rapidly they are in decline.

Main things that kill 106's off is boot floor, front crossmember and inner wing rot. Everything else can be fixed relatively cheaply.
