Shuffle and WMP10

Lo all,

Just wondering if there is a plug in or something that will make the shuffle feature on WMP10 actually good. I have 14GB of music and yet 'shuffle' manages to play the exact same songs over and over...

Apart from suggesting I get a different music player is there anything I can do?

Try upgrading to WMP11. I know you said not a different media player but this is more of an update than a new player (replaces WMP10 in windows, ie: only 1 icon). The shuffle seams better to me, WMP10 used to play the same songs a lot for me too and WMP11 seems a lot better.

Thanks Dureth, I thought it was Vista only for some reason.

I've got it now I like the interface and the album navigation by cover... Have to say so far I havn't noticed the shuffle to be any better but I'll give it the benefit of the doubt as it's a new install
