Shrue just sent me back a brand new pair of E2G headphones as my Black E2C's were on their way out.

I must say their service was fantastic and quick I may add.

Now they sent me the Gaming edition instead of the E2C's? Now I'm not sure what I should do . . What is the difference between them?

So far I know the G's are gaming edition and primarly are produced for them, they also apparantly have higher bass levels. They also have a shorter cable length.

Is there anything else I'm missing? Is it worth returning?

I'm pretty sure that the e2g and e2c are exactly the same, barring the different colour housings. So I can't imagine you're missing out on anything, and they should sound the same.

I heard the E2Gs had a little more bass, but a shorter cable? I nearly bought some E2Gs, but couldnt justify the cost for a college kickaround.

Trust me . . they're well worth it.

It does seem to have more bass than usual. I'll contact shure to see what they'll say . . .
