shut down is so slow compared to win 7 now any fix pls

Hi all,

Pre full install on win 7 close down time 4 seconds ish*

Since full install with win 10 on new harddrive, 30 second ish close down anyone else getting this the monitor shuts of quick like before but pc feels like a min lol
