Shutdown, Sleep or On

So I have a gaming PC that I game on for around 2 hours a day, then sometimes I web brows etc... I normally just shut it down between uses but I end up turning it on and off around 5 times throughout the day. What are your opinions on this?

With SSD's and such the additional 2 or 3 seconds saved makes no difference to me

I had an m.2 nvme intel 660p ssd but my BIOS time is super long. I have a MSI B550 motherboard and my BIOS time is 20.7 seconds. Compared to the 1 second it takes to boot from sleep.
