Shutdown Timer for computer?

Is there one of these programs that is free and permanent, I keep downloading trail ones and they keep expiring or being crap. Please help! I need to listen to music whilst trying to fall asleep!

shutdown -t 5 -c "Shutting down" -s

Stick that in a .bat file and set it as a scheduled task.

no.

Just copy that into a text file, save it with the extension .bat (make sure you change the bit at the bottom to all files)

Then schedule it to run when you want it to shut down...

Or you could listen with 'JetAudio basic' which has a countdown timer.
