Getting fed up of keep buying and fitting new motherboards etc, so I've been looking at barebone systems as they seem good value 
How well do they handle under full load (hearing mixed views on them)? They seem to have quite small PSUs. Would they be able to handle a e.g. conroe with a x1800XT and up graphics card with the stock PSU?
