Shuttle help!

Hi all,

I have never owned a shuttle system but I have got so fed up with my huge PC case that I was thinking about getting one.

If I purchase a barebones shuttle from OCUK am I right in thinking all the system needs is a CPU, GPU and memory?

If so would there be any problems in just using my current GPU and memory? I have a Radeon 9800 Pro but wasn’t sure if it would work in a shuttle system (size etc)

Also what shuttle system would everyone recommend?

Its been so long since I have done anything with PC hardware I cant remmember my specs and dont even know anything about current hardware!!! :)

To be honest I was assuming my processor wouldnt fit as its an old 2.6Ghz P4 Hyper Threaded CPU (cant even remmember what socket type but from when they first came out).
Im not to sure about the memory either but I think it is 4 * 512 Corsair.

Looking at processor prices you can get some fairly cheap processors like a Intel Pentium 4 Dual Core 3.4GHz for around £100.

Im not looking to go cutting edge at all I just want a nice small system on a budget.
