Will this be ok to do internet browsing and watching HD Films?

Not sure how the GMA950 graphics would cope, or if it's even capable of HD. And K45 only has one PCI slot so limited by graphic card selection.

Just ordered one anyway for £85 posted got all the extra bits I need for it as i want to down size from my current HTPC.

Will let you know how I get on with it for Movies

Might depend on the format. Some software off loads to the CPU

I had one and it worked fine, played 1080p mkv movies perfectly. Depeneds on cpu you gonna use, I had celeron 2GHz and was fine.
Unfortunately they have capacitors issue, they can pop after a while - mine went with smoke after 13 months, just after warranty expired
