Shuttle Taking off at around 9pm......

damn! don't have broadband internet at the moment, only the silly three dongle thing for my laptop so won't be able to watch it!

totally OT, Nate where in Dublin are you? any recommendations for broadband here? All the companies seem to consider 2mbit amazingly fast and want to charge like 100euro a month for anything higher!

North Dublin, Halfway between Malahide and the city center. Most ISPs using the old Eircom Local Loop, will be upgrading speeds during june (Eircom is anyway, Current info is 7.5mbps for about €50 extra on your phone bill per month, after the upgrade.

Some more info can be found here...... http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=259 (Boards.ie is a pretty decent all round forum for things Irish)

Thanks VaderDSL, I was looking every where for that link.

Small world, I live just between Malahide and Swords. Thanks for the link, I'll check it out, Ireland is all new to me so still trying to figure it all out haha. Who you with at the moment? Eircom seems just madly expensive for what u get? and they all have really low usage limits.

Small World indeed! Eircom were the first broadband provider, and I've just stuck with them cos I'm lazy, and they are reliable (and the fact they turn a blind eye with regard to downloads caps, where the other ISPs definitely don't)

Have a look around on Boards.ie and ask a few questions, most of the ISPs are in the process of upgrading at the moment.
