A lot of the older models will not work with Microsoft's latest operating system

What version of the Shuttle are you using that is 4 years old?

You must contact shuttle this information so they can update that website otherwise a lot of people are going to have headaches.

This is the email I got from Shuttle XPC regarding drivers and support.

Dear Shuttle-customer,

we don't test our barebones with Windows Vista, because
it's only a beta version.

The latest Windows Vista BETA, Build No 5465 is now working with my systems.

Highly recommended to upgrade from the Beta 2 edition.
