Shuttle XPC SN25P

I've been thinking about purchasing one of these babys; Shuttle XPC SN25P Aluminium Barebones System - AMD 64 (Socket 939) (FS-045-SH).

Whats been holding me back is that its SATA and not SATA-II, well, everywhere apart from on OcUK!

The product description here states SATA-II. Is this correct? If so its the ideal solution for me!

Last time I looked it was only SATA!! Sneaky gits must have upgraded!

My only worry is, is it a bad time to buy with these new AMD2 chips coming out next month? I feel like im buying old tech.
