SI-120 HS - Fan mounting question

I'm looking at the SI-120 to have silent cooling of my 3500+.

I'll probably punt for an AcoustiFan: DustPROOF 120mm as they seem to be the most silent (15dB pushing 41cfm). However, how do you attach it to the heatsink? Does the SI-120 have fan mounting holes? :confused:

If it's anything like the original XP-120, then there's mounting clips which you simply clip into the holes on the fans. It's really easy to mount mate

Above post is correct. The cooler attaches to the fan with wire clips that locate in the fan mounting holes. At worst you may have to remove some plastic from the fan sourround to allow the clip to locate correctly.

If you can post a pic of your intended fan we may be able to find out.

Just had a look at your choice of fan and it seems no adjustment to the case is required.
